- Plan, execute and manage the facilities management strategies to meet both the corporate and the owners/tenants expectations for a portfolio of commercial and residential buildings

- Lead a team of property / engineering staff and service contractors to provide premium service

- Monitor building / project day-to-day operations including facilities upgrade and maintenance

- Work closely with property owners and tenants to enhance our professional property and facility services in first-class standard

 - Establish and monitor the follow-up actions for the standard procedures and control systems

 - Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management

Requirements

- Degree or above in Facility / Property Management or related disciplines

- Membership of HKIH, CIH is a must , other professional organizations such as RICS/HKIS is definite an advantage

- At least 15 years’ solid experience in property / facility management of which 8 years in managerial level

- Proven experience in managing a portfolio of Grade A commercial properties with

- Customer-oriented with creativity, strategic thinking and attention to details; enable to analyze the problem and find solutions

- Strong people management, communication and leadership skills with a can-do attitude to take new challenges

- Good command of both written and spoken English , Chinese and Putonghua

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
