• MHKIE with a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering plus a min. of 4 years’ experience of which 1 year structural design experience should be in a design office and 1 year in building maintenance.
• Familiar with building ordinance and building contract.
• Responsible for all structural matter to ensure all works and submission are complied with the specification and meet the requirements of Contract.
• Good management, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
