Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project performance against budget, schedule, safety and quality;
• Formulate a team to complete the tasks on schedule;
• Participate in the research and development of new business;
• Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities
• Carrying out quality control checks and and prepare project submissions

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or Electrical disciplines;
• With knowledge in Building Ordinance and Building Regulations;
• Minimum 8 years solid experience;
• Good communication & presentation skills;
• Energetic, aggressive, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
