The Architect and Project Manager directly reports to Department Head. He/ She is mainly responsible for the architectural design and project management of various projects and ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:

-         Responsible for the architectural design and project management of various 

         projects

-         Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and                          functional design

-         Co-ordinate various design professions related to construction development

         projects

-         Produce detailed blueprints and review design and construction documentation

         and drawings and make any necessary corrections

-         Compile project specifications

-         Keep within budgets and timelines

-         Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on project

-         Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals

-         Manage various projects and prepare reports

Requirements:

-         Bachelor degree in Architecture or above qualification from accredited university

         with at least 10 years of proven working experience as an architect

-         Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

-         Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules,                  regulations and quality standards

-         Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop,                  AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)

-         Communication and project management skills

-         Solve problems proactively

-         Be willing to work at all levels needed to succeed

-         A strong work ethic and a drive to exceed internal or external client expectations

-         Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese and good command of English

-         Immediate available is highly preferred
