Responsibilities :

• Managing the Repair / Maintenance works and Fitting out Work for the portfolio of retail and residential units
• Conduct a regular site inspection to monitor the progress of works
• Co-ordinate with Contractors and related parties to ensure the works are conducted smoothly and on time
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements :

• Higher diploma in Building Studies, Building Services or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance of residential unit in Hong Kong
• Possess customer-oriented and good communication skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Be familiar with MS applications and Chinese Word processing
