My client is a well established HK Developer who is currently looking to add one more Project Manager into their HK project team. The role will be handling a luxury project and two other high profile projects on Kowloon side.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project from inception to handover which includes:

• Overall project planning
• Review of drawings
• Monitor progress
• Coordinate with consultants

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Degree in Architecture or related disciplines, with membership of HKIA or equivalent
• Registered architect with over 8 years of post-qualification experience in local property development / project management with other HK Developers
• Experience in large scale property development projects preferable
• Self-motivated, responsible, organized, proactive with ability to complete and start new tasks without daily direction
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Authorized Person (Architect) is a bonus
