Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Quantity Surveyor for fitting out /A&A / Structural steel work
• Responsible for all interim payment, measurement for works, cost control, settlement of final account or various projects and tendering
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD
• Mature, Independent, can work with minimal supervisor
• Highly self-motivated independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Job Location: Hung Hom, San Po Kong, North Point, Chai Wan, Sau Kei Wan, Shatin, Kwun Tong, etc
• Salary: 18-30K
