Job Description

Required Skills:
- Experience in A/B testing, excellent conversion rate optimization (CRO) knowledge
- Good understanding of visual hierarchy, information architecture, typography and iconography
- Web design, visual design and icon design
- Excellent English communicate skills
Responsibilities:
- Help to design the website, including hands on design and annotate suggestions and presentations
- Create perfect and user-friendly user experience for the web, also produce visual assets and icons as needed
- Set up A/B tests and CRO for the main website and partner’s website
- Identify customer pain points, improve the experience in the website
- Attractive compensation and benefits
