Responsibilities:

• Carry out full range of design function including product development and promotion.
• Research and develop fashion trend directors or difference product categories for every season.
• Implement design directors & collection ideas to meet business & marketing objectives.
• Work closely with merchandising team and production team in regards to seasonal and new campaign to be functional from briefings through implementation.  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with focus on Sportswear or fast fashion is preferable
• Diploma or Degree holder in Fashion design, digital fashion, or any other relevant to fashion, pattern making, and 3D designing
• Fabric sourcing and strong ability to conduct research with the design team
• Conduct material, textile and garment details development
• Able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedule and attentive to details with good quality and accuracy
• Initiative, aggressive, independent, mature, and able to work under pressure
• Good sense for trends and understanding of consumer/cost perception is am advantage
• Energetic, creative and able to work independently with strong fashion sense;
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Frequent travel to Guangzhou is required.
