Responsibilities:

• Design coordination & general support to design team for project related issues such as but not limited to renderings, FF&E & fit-out material references and selections, interior & architectural images & elements, furniture dimensions on FF&E plans, F&E & fit-out coordination to renderers & design team for mapping of floor plans & elevations.
• Prepare material finishes & F&E selections for material presentation boards.
• Prepare sketches and conceptual drawings
• To assist project from concept through to completion
• Coordinate with internal design members, professional consultants and project management teams
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender / construction drawings
• Responsible for site supervision and coordination

Requirements:

• Degree/ diploma holder in Interior design with min.3 yrs experience of relevant work
• Creative, confident and self- motivated
• Good design ability and knowledge of production drawings and interior detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and knowledge of 3D Max is an advantage
• Immediate available preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer
