Job Description

Sales Officer (Real Estate)

5 Days work / Monthly Salary: Around HK$24K

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the daily projects works and progress
Assist in scheduling and reporting of show flats and sales office fitting-out matters
Coordinate with project team, designers, contractors and suppliers
Review design submission and handle quotations and documents from contractual parties

Requirements:

Diploma or above in graphic design, interior design or related disciplines
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in interior design especially on residential projects
Knowledge in property related statutory requirements
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English with fluent Putonghua
Responsible, highly- organized, proactive and a team player with excellent integrity
