Job Description
The top international and luxury group is seeking for a Visual Merchandiser to join their energetic team to support the important and growing Asia Pacific Travel Retail business strategically and operationally in the area of soft Visual Merchandising. Responsibilities
l To elevate and control brand image from one store to another for more consistency across markets
l To support with the implementation of the new lip bar concept in liaison with Headquarter and Asia Architect Manager
l To ensure the animation start on time based on countries specificities, logistic constraints, and contractor deadlines
l To participate with marketing team in creating some retailtainment concept during animation
l To centralize and update the animations report photos in a monthly follow-up report
l To train the commercial teams to the merchandising rules and tools
l To work with suppliers and communicate with field supervisor to follow up execution and counter condition
Requirements
l Over 5 years in visual merchandising (preferably in high end / luxury retail environment)
l University graduate with professional degree in Interior Design
l Complete fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
l Excellent Command of Photoshop, 3D Studio Max and computer illustration
l Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally with external and internal parties
l Full of creativity, vitality and initiatives
l Have strong skill on time, organizational and project management skills
l Willing to travel frequently in the different regions (mainly China, Korea, South East Asia, Japan)
