A forward thinking financial start up is looking for a creative UI/UX lead to join their in-house design team. They are currently 30+ people strong and growing rapidly. The UX designer will be working with some super talented digital experts and creating seamless experiences for an emerging technology that has taken the market by storm.  

Key Responsibilities include:

• Owning the visual design of emerging product and platforms
• Translating user need into wireframes and final screens
• Take an active role in the QA process and testing
• Create clean, pixel perfect user interfaces
• Manage and mentor junior designer
• Make sure all UX and CX are clearly translated into industry best UI and experiences  

Key Skills required include:

• Experience on working UI & UX for products and services
• 5 plus year’s experience  
• Startup mentality and work ethic
• Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders
• Mentorship/management
• Outstanding portfolio
