We are seeking a Shop Executive / Senior Shop Executive / Shop Supervisor who is able to provide daily sales support and customer service at our design center.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for basic artwork editing and checking to make sure client’s designs meet our production requirements
• Closely communicate with client from project inception to delivery and installation
• Coordinate and support all kinds of internal and external parties to ensure delivery of high quality work
• Answer enquiry by phone, email or walk-in and facilitate the pick-up service for client
• Closely monitor store turnover to ensure monthly sales targets are attained
• Handle all other day-to-day in-store POS operations
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in the field of graphic design / customer service / retail
• Strong proficiency in MAC, PC and design software including Illustrator and Photoshop is a definite advantage
• Able to multitask with positive attitude and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skill, willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Must be a team player with good communication skills
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Shop Supervisor
• Immediately available is highly preferred
