• Identify the needs of local market in terms of fashion taste and style preference, to ensure the products are adapted relevant to customer specific requirements

• Collaborate with design team and suppliers for new fabric options and fabric development to meet business and technical needs, cost and quality requirements
  
  
• Responsible for full range of seasonal design work from concept generation to samples completed
  
  
• Work closely with merchandising and factories to facilitate development processes and schedules from product development, sourcing of fabrics and trims, sample fitting, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder in fashion design related discipline
  
  
• At least 2 years solid experience in fashion design (Ladies wear)
  
  
• Strong knowledge and applications in garment techniques and fabrications
  
  
• Creative, communicative, with personal fashion sense and be able to collaborate with business teams to achieve brand objectives
  
  
• Immediate availability is preferred
  
  
• 5.5 days work week

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Designer
