Job Summary:

• Create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines
• Assist BIM Specialist to generate 2D drawings or schedule and documents
• Ensure quality of models as described in the BIM Execution Plan
• Monitor change of model and make amendment
• Assist BIM team for meeting with client / design team in the company
• Prepare clash detection report and resolve clashes under the instruction from BIM Specialist
• Quick learner on participating in international projects

Minimum Requirements :  

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree holder in Architecture / Structural Engineering / Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
• Experience in AutoCAD / Revit modelling;
• Well organized, work independent and well communicate with team member and client;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Experienced candidate will be considered as BIM Specialist
