As our Division-Manager "Brand-Management"/" Artwork-Management" you are leading a Team of more than 10 Staff in Hong Kong and you are building the bridge to the International Brand­ Management Department in the Kaufland Headquarter in Germany.

You will ensure that the Artwork-Development of our Kaufland-Brand Packaging (Item Packaging as well as "ready to sell" Carton-Boxes) is on time and based on the Briefings that you receive from the Headquarter you will make sure that the design and print-quality is matching our requirements. If necessary you will brief local Agencies in Asia about specific projects of Artwork development.

Furthermore you support the development of our Kaufland-Designs and the Style-Guides, especially concerning the positive impact at the PoS.

In all of this you are capable of working in a structured and analytical way and being pragmatic enough to get things done. You are goal-focused and ensure the required quality-output even when things need to be done on short notice.

Ample experience in Artwork development is a must. Your knowledge of the printing process will help you to act as the key-contact person for the colleagues from the Buying Departments in Asia. Your design competence supports us to provide top notch packaging for our Stores in Europe.

Good English and German Language knowledge is required (speaking as well as writing).

Requirements:

• You are qualified through your completed apprenticeship/studies in Graphic-Design and Printing.
• You have several years of working-experience in an Artwork-Department, or in managing Packaging-and Design projects; ideally in a similar position in a Retailing/Industrial Company.
• You have Leadership-experience with a bigger Team.
• You are pro-active; you know how to solve issues. You know how to work systematically and with a sense of excellence.
• Team-Spirit, talent in moderating, strength in communicating.
