Responsibilities

• report to Project Director on retail millwork projects
• liaise with high end retail brand directly
• lead project team to manage tendering, billing, budget control, production scheduling and design clarifications
• attend site meeting and site supervision

Requirements

• Diploma in design, project management or related disciplines
• 3 years or above experience within retail millwork/bespoke furniture/fitting-out industry
• Knowledge with wooden, glass and metal materials is necessary
• Able to tackle problems on drawing and furniture fitting
• Hard working and able to handle pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred but not necessary
• Willing to Travel & Frequent travel to Dongguan is REQUIRED
• Immediate available is highly preferred
