Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate retail store fitting-out project or minor work order follow up;
• Follow up and monitor maintenance and installation work's arrangement and progress;
• General documentation work and support (Prepare the quotation, materials sourcing and ordering and cost estimation);
• Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor.

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Project Management or related disciplines;
• 1 year of projects relevant experience in retail industry is preferred;
• Fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Mature, independent, good communication skills and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of people;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in PC knowledge, including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), AutoCAD and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
