Responsibilities:

• Work with Visual Merchandising Manager to develop and implement excellent standards of visual merchandising and enhance the brand image, including: designing store themes, creating visual annual calendar & store concepts for seasonal turnover, executing displays and visual strategies, and ensuring consistency of brand theme across all branches
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to production team to ensure the visual merchandising standards and corporate visual merchandising guidelines are in place and followed
• Work closely with retail operations, merchandising & marketing departments for promotion campaigns, seasonal projects and ad hoc projects on all window displays, lightbox and in-store visual merchandising setting and implementation
• Responsible for identifying and sourcing display props, fabrics, lighting and merchandises
• Prepare budget and expenses reports for display materials and merchandises
• Keep abreast of the current visual merchandising trends of retail industry and conduct research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle, and associated target market features

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Visual Merchandising or related disciplines
• 6 years of experience in visual merchandising with 2 years in supervisory level, preferably in lifestyle and household industry
• Creative, dynamic and with good visual sense
• Self-motivated, proactive, strong communications skill and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, team player, perform multi-tasks and good time management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
