We are looking for honest, customer-oriented people for our wedding ring workshop. Your role is responsible for helping the development and teaching of workshop courses, to assist in design and develop wedding rings collection, assist in managing social media platforms to promote our brand, to deliver a great guest experience, answer customer requests or inquiries, handle administrative work independently, maintain working knowledge of all company products and services, participate in exhibitions and other tasks as assigned. You are required to be flexible with working hours and weekend day/s are compulsory.

Requirement:

• Bachelor graduate of jewellery design/goldsmithing or related course
• Knowledge of CAD-CAM software and 3D printing technology
• Experience of benchwork, forming, soldering, texturing and other hand making skills
• 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Workshop Trainee
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and good sense in photography
• Experience in handling social media platforms for promotion is preferred
• Previous jewellery making or teaching experience is preferred
• Good verbal and basic writing skills in English and Chinese
