Responsibilities:    

• Excellent creative concept development, art direction & execution;
• Lead designers in a wide spectrum. Include print media / online development / motion graphic / corporate identity and branding / video / event etc
• Effective design solutions & communications with project team for practical implementation
• Passionate for maintaining excellent quality & excel beyond
• Being a team leader, you shall be leading creative development and constantly motivate, lead & re-define our own standard

Requirement:

• Excellent Design Direction & problem solving skills
• Self-motivated & set high standard in way of doing things
• Proficient in Adobe CS, experience in video production & post-production, knowledge in online would be a plus
• At least 3 to 4 years solid design experience working in agency or design house
• Positive person with good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Attend to details, independent, responsible
• 5 days work
