Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial support such as arranging Director’s personal, business issues and any ad hoc assignments
• Coordinate director daily schedule, personal matter and business travel logistics
• Responsible for organising, scheduling and preparing materials for all project meetings.
• Provide general administrative and clerical tasks.

What we are looking for

• A Jolly and outgoing personality and great team worker
• Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma in business administration
• Minimum 4 years or above experience in administration duties
• Strong in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and tools for statistics
• Fluent in spoken & written English is a must and good in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is a plus.
• Provide full spectrum of professional, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the director
• Good knowledge in meticulous bookkeeping and general company secretarial duties is highly preferred
• Work under pressure.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
