Job Description

Among the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Create and develop impactful and innovative channels strategies to mass merchant market of home & living products in local & international market,
  • To create, manage and close leads through all channels; Focus on driving sales productivity and expansion in new markets; Hitting (and exceeding) sales target to increase margin;
  • Recruit the new customers into the channels,
  • Identify and develop channels, Analyze brands and proactively develop actionable plans to drive sales
  • Increase the channel knowledge and communicate it,
  • Manage the competitive channel information, channel training (new products and services...), Development and leadership of strategic brand direction, sales goals and implementation of marketing programs
  • Develop new channel services, channel advertising and promotion, customer relations development, Oversees development of brand communications and ensures execution across all platforms (multi-media, marketing/sales materials, digital, trade shows, education, photo shoots and promotions)
  • Focus the Company into the channel strategies; support the channel sales and services, leader and manager of the people and resources.

 

Among the requirements of this position are:

  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • You are a sales focused and target driven candidate with Experience of successful sales in Hong Kong or EU or US
  • 10 years on hand sales and management experience to mass merchant / lifestyle / home & living / beauty & health channels is essential preferably in the Housewares/ Beauty /health categories.
  • Strong FOB basis knowledge.
  • Requires Current Experience with clients such as Brookstone, Gaiam, Lane Crawford, Franc Franc, Wellness & Leisure stores, or mass merchant accounts in EU/Asia/US.
  • Ability to close business
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills
  • Strong proven process, organization, planning and management skills
  • Willingness to travel to work with customers and sales team.
  • Strong initiative, energetic and motivated
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
