Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and implement VM concepts in comply with brand image, upgrade VM standard by understanding market trends and business requirements.
• Develop and design VM guideline for both HK and China area.
• Standardize window and in-store display according to VM guideline as to maximize selling opportunities
• Generate ideas for display and decoration materials, like POPs, signage, etc in order to ensure consistency with brand/ product image of store, and manage its distribution to the stores
• Implement merchandise changes and presentation on all fixtures for business success including driving shoppers in, promoting feature products, etc
• Communicate closely with Merchandising Team and Retail Operation Team regarding merchandising initiatives, and display standard to monitor the product sales and maximize merchandise exposure
• Monitor VM budget and liaise with outside contractors/ printers regarding the implementation of promotional display
• Conduct regular store visit to ensure VM standard being implemented, and provide on-going training to store staff
• Regular collect market feedback to improve effectiveness of in-store VM tools/strategies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Visual Merchandising Design, Design or marketing is preferred
• At least 4 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferable with experience in retail marketing
• Creative, detail-minded with constant innovation and work dynamics 
• Self-motivated, work proactively & independently, and passionate about in-store brand building and merchandising
• Possess good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop and etc.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
