We are looking for a conceptual thinker, with both strategic and creative point of view, to exhibit the highest standards of ideas and art sense. He /she would :

• Work as part of a creative team to develop concepts and solution, interact with Copywriters to develop creative concepts, solution and executions of assigned product(s).
• Art Direct and design layouts for online adverting, digital campaign, website and social.
• Guide designer for their technical and creative contributions.
• Work closely with account executives to schedule and monitor all projects. 

Requirements:

• Ability to manage and lead projects
• 4 + years integrated art direction experience in creative advertising/ digital agencies
• Creative and conceptual thinker
• Solid understanding of best practices related to web standards, technologies, interaction design and UX principles
• Experience working on campaigns, mobile and website design         
• Passionate about digital and creative work, collaborative with all levels of colleagues
•  Strong communication skills and outspoken and good command of Chinese and English
