This position manages all the Warehousing activities for Fulfill4E service in Hong Kong, the position will be based in Hong Kong, directly reports to the Operations Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day order fulfilment and warehouse operations and resolve issues
• Conduct system update in WMS accurately
• Enhance the efficiency, cost control and resource optimization
• Streamline the logistics flow
• Ensure quality and accurate deliveries in accordance with SOP
• Work closely with Customer Services and Operations team
• Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Education and Experience requirements

• DSE graduate or above. Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Studies is preferable
• Experience in E-Commerce Logistics and Inventory Management

• Willingness to learn new subjects from time to time
• Able to code with fast-pace environment, initiative and work independently and under pressure
• Passion in E-Commerce and target to develop career in the logistics field
• Good communication skills in both English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Offices (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
• Immediate available will be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Warehouse Officer or Warehouse Supervisor
