Responsibilities:

•    Manage and execute the daily E-Shop operations including handling customer enquiries, order follow up and E-shop maintenance.

•    Manage E-shop product development progress and coordinate with internal divisions on execution.

•    Regular review and optimize the operations workflow to the fast growing online business and ensure smooth operations between internal stakeholders and logistic partners

•    Develop and implement effective online content strategies for website and app

•    Manage partner program with the third party E-commerce platforms 

•    Plan and perform Ad hoc projects

•    Market intelligence and data analytics

Requirements:

•    Degree holder in Business, E-commerce or related subject

•    3 years or above relevant experience, retail business or E-commerce preferred

•    Enthusiastic, independent, quick-thinker, strong problem solver, customer focused, strong analytical skill, strong organization skill and able to manage multitask.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skill

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-shop applications

•    Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (include Cantonese and Mandarin)
