A fantastic opportunity is available for an Assistant Operations Officer at our Airport office. This is a permanent full-time position.

Job Title:                     Assistant Operations Officer 

Employment Type:     Full Time (1 position available) 

Location:                     Asia Airfreight Terminal at the Hong Kong International Airport

                                    (with transportation allowance)

Working hours:          On roaster

                                     (1) 9 am to 6 pm (alternate Saturday off)

                                     (2) 11 am to 8 pm (alternate Saturday off)

The Role

• Scanning mailbags
• Update pre-declared shipment acceptance
• Prepare daily upload report
• Liaising with clients
• Ad-hoc task as assigned

The ideal candidate

• F.5 or above
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• A current holder of certificate RAR & DGR is advantageous
• Work experience in express/airlines/airfreight forwarding sectors is preferred
• Reliable and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications and MS Office (Excel, Words and Outlook)
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Immediately available is preferred
