As part of the growing team in our financial business, you’ll be playing an impactful role in driving business growth and market penetration by initiating search marketing campaigns. Working in a fast paced and dynamic team, you will work across various digital marketing functions among the team to deliver direct results to our e-business in global region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, oversee and implement paid search across websites, search engines and geographical locations; Manage all paid advertising campaigns on Google and Bing, as well as other search, display and retargeting marketing engines
• Holistic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) program management including keywords development, ad creative and strategy, trafficking recommendations, optimizing program towards key business goals and reporting
• Implementing Paid Search best practices, providing refinement and optimization recommendations and proactively identifying campaign execution issues
• Leveraging and developing proficiencies with SEM platforms, tools and resources
• Manage performance marketing spend to ensure achievement against business goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in search engine marketing; Knowledge in Google Adwords and Google Analytics is preferred
• Good knowledge or experience in HTML and SEM/SEO is an advantage
• Thorough understanding of PPC campaigns using Google Adwords, Baidu, Yahoo Bing, etc.
• Experience in web/social analytics is a definite advantage (e.g. use of Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Strong data analyst skill
• Willing to learn and interested in developing a career in the E-Commerce (Internet Finance) /digital advertising/e-marketing industry
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for assistant position
