Principal Responsibilities

• Manage our e-commerce business for HK, China, APAC and overseas market   
• Formulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and publicity
• Develop and execute marketing and sales promotional campaigns to drive business and product awareness for our subsidiary brands through both online and offline channels
• Create and manage brand marketing assets to utilize at across all online marketing channels (eg. website and social media)
• Utilize retail marketing strategies to enhance sales and branding of our O2O stores
• Lead the e-Commerce team in driving traffic and sales
• Provide relevant analysis with KPIs and activity reports to generate ROI
• Customer acquisition, retention and conversion
• Dive into data for insight, ideas and evaluation

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business, Communication or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in online business, digital marketing or retail chain related industry
• Work experience in the fashion industry (in particularly plus size, maternity and infant products) is a huge advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Creative and well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to excel in fact-pace and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, result-oriented team player
• Business travel to China and overseas needed
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
