Job Responsibilities:

• Direct report to E-Commerce Director, and work with China teammates
• Assist in E-Commerce Operations includes but not limited to Product Planning, merchandising coordination, Sales and inventory analysis and Customer enquiries handling
• Closely work with Merchandising team to ensure the merchandises are timely delivered, and also work with service provider on all promotion or marketing campaign issues
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Based in Hong Kong, and occasionally travel to PRC

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Fine Jewellery or Fashion Jewellery industry
• Candidate without Jewellery product knowledge will not be considered
• Experience in E-Commerce business or Merchandising is highly preferred
• Experience in drafting or editing product text will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e. V-lookup, Pivot table)
• Detail minded, sensitive to figures with strong analytical skill and good communication skill
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
