Position:

We are looking for energetic, creative and detail-minded candidates with a strong interest in marketing, branding and e-commerce to join our team.

Key Duties:

Responsibilities:：

• Maintain and manage customer databases and VIP membership programs    
• Manage digital assets and content (Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, e-shop)
• Handle customer enquiries from online and offline channels 
• Plan, execute and evaluate various digital or offline marketing programs (talks, seminars, exhibitions) to raise brand awareness and achieve lead volume and quality targets
• Identify and explore new business opportunities for e-commerce platform
• Work with vendors to design and develop promotion campaigns
• Preparing relevant marketing reports and analysis (Google Adwords, Facebook analytics)
• Prepare & edit high quality graphics and photos for marketing collateral

 Place of Employment:

• Office at the Hong Kong Science Park (Shatin District).
• Onsite event execution outside of office is sometimes required. Overseas short-trip travel may be required, but infrequent.

 Requirements:

• Degree or above, preferably in business, marketing or e-commerce disciplines.
• 2-3 years of related experience.
• Always perform duties cautiously and pay attention to details (a MUST)
• Good user of MS Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word (a MUST)
• Good user of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (a MUST)
• Able to read and write in both English and Chinese (a MUST)
• Familiar with SEM/SEO, Google Adwords, Facebook ad will be an advantage
• Experience in e-shop, health products, beauty care, family care, event management or related businesses are an advantage, but not a must.
• Skillful in verbal communication, and be able to work in a professional manner. Speaker of Putonghua, Japanese, French or other languages is a PLUS.
• Non-local candidates are also welcome. Working visa application will be supported.
• Office hours 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday), and 9am – 4 pm (alternative Saturdays)
