Duties

To assist the Assistant Manager in all aspects related to Sales & Marketing but not limited to the below:-

• To conduct marketing analysis and regular reports;
• To deal with local and overseas suppliers;
• To prepare marketing materials for company promotional purpose;
• Support marketing and sales activities e.g. participating in promotion events and exhibitions;
• To assist in other ad hoc projects.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Travel & Tourism Studies / Marketing;
• 1 years relevant experience in travel industry; fresh graduates will also consider;
• Familiar with MS Office application, e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;
• Speaking in English & proficient in Japanese is a must;
• Proactive, confidence with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
