Job Description
Business Analyst
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or Business Management or equivalent ( > 2 years Experience)
- Working in a famous US IT System Vendor
- Good commercial business analysis sense
- Support the Managed Service Manager to ensure projects meet the SLA
- Prepare and produce reports, and deployment on monthly based.
- Recording and managing issues, to escalate to vendors, customers and MS Manager to take immediate actions to recover.
- Good experience on using Excel and PPT
- Good negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
