(Annual remuneration package ranges from HK$306,095 to HK$609,682

 

THE JOB

 

Reporting to the Head Gymnastics Coach, the Assistant Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for the following duties:

  •  To provide training for elite and junior squads;
  • To fully utilize and integrate scientific, medical and other athlete support services into the elite training programme to enhance elite training outcomes;
  • To assist with the administration and coordination of logistics, accounting, coaching and team resources related to the training of Gymnastics squads, local and overseas; and
  • To contribute to the coach education and development programmes.

  

THE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • University degree or post-secondary Certificate/ Diploma, or its equivalent;
  • Holder of a recognized coaching qualification equivalent to Hong Kong Coach Accreditation Programme Level 2 Certificate;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ professional coaching experience in Gymnastics;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Emphasis on team work and fairness;
  • High level of computer literacy; and
  • Awareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.

 主要職責

  

在體操總教練的監督下,助理體操教練須向體操教練匯報工作情況,其職責詳列如下:

  

  • 負責訓練精英及青少年運動員;
  • 在進行青少年訓練計劃時,善用所有運動科學、醫療及其他為運動員而設的支援服務,以加強訓練成果;
  • 在安排運動員於本地及海外集訓或比賽時,須協助統籌有關行政管理、後勤、會計及資源分配等工作;及
  • 為體操的整體發展及教練培訓計劃作出貢獻。

 

申請資格

 

  • 大學學位或大專證書/文憑,或同等學歷;
  • 持有等同香港教練級別評定計劃第二級教練証書的資歷;
  • 具備最少兩年體操專業教練經驗;
  • 具備良好溝通能力及人際關係;
  • 注重團體合作及公平;
  • 熟悉電腦操作;及 
  • 認識香港保護兒童及平等機會政策為佳。
