Main Responsibilities:

• Drive adoptions and direct sales of an exciting range of international print and digital products into secondary school market
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy for the territory
• Support field-based sales colleagues in growing sales within their territories
• Coordinate and implement telesales activity to customers (existing clients)
• Develop new customers and accounts in school market
• Work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Publishing teams
• Liaise with, and regularly visit to school segment and international school customers
• Coordinates & carry out marketing / promotion activities

Job Requirements:

• Experience selling to the school market is highly desired
• Highly motivated, consultative sales person with exceptional written skill
• To understand domestic ELT market, have strong plan and sales ability
• Actively exploit market, paying attention to the market demand, have the ability to solve problems
• Experience teaching English as a foreign language would be desirable although not essential
• Candidates will have a good understanding of Hong Kong education market
