Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Committee Board, the Centre Manager will be responsible for running and managing our Learning Centre for smooth operation.
• The Centre Manager will be supervising and training teachers for program delivery and teaching methods. Supporting HR department for recruitments.
• Creating an engaging curriculum and designing specific programs which match our students’ portfolios.
• Establish and maintain the long-term customer relationship with parents; Responsible for student recruitment.
• Providing direction, inspiration and guidance to our teaching staff including staff development, performance management and deployment.
• Monitor the budget to ensure cost effectiveness and maintain the sustainable growth of student numbers.
• Teaching under a routine basis or taking up a relief role if needed.

Requirements:

• Suitable candidate is expected to have a postgraduate degree in Education or English language.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in teaching / learning centre management;
• You should be familiar with Hong Kong local & international schools’ education and curriculum.
• While excellent leadership quality, international vision, and a dynamic, forward thinking mindset are critical, you should demonstrate a strong passion and sensitivity to a multicultural environment.
• Excellent command of English is a must and fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Languages : English, Cantonese & Mandarin
