Duties:

• Lead and supervise a team for social education of youth and public to learn about cultural and environmental issues.
• Manage and conserve a heritage site.
• Oversee construction and building preservation and renovation projects, tender preparation and project management
• Coordinate with government departments, manage contractors and select service providers in areas of gardening, cleaning, security, etc.
• Integrate faith and learning into tours, workshops, and seminars.
• Design trails of a living museum.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in humanities, social sciences, conservation or related disciplines;
• Working experience of 5years or above in heritage conservation, gardening, museum management or cultural tourism;
• Dedicated Christian with active service in local Church;
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Possess a sense of mission and Christian commitment.

Terms of Appointment

Successful candidates will be appointed on a full-time fixed-term contract.  Fringe benefits will include annual leave, medical benefits, and insurance coverage.
