Job Responsibilities:

• Teach Cambridge materials to classes (no more than 8 children in a class) in a fun and interactive way
• Prepare lesson plans
• Prepare any additional teaching materials, including simple crafts
• Write student reports
• Co-operate with Head Teacher and other staff to ensure best delivery of education
• Attend meetings
• Ensure children’s safety within the Centre
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Native/near-native English speaker with a neutral accent, if not British/American
• Bachelor degree in any subject
• Recognized TEFL certificate (TESOL/CELTA preferred)
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Experience teaching (YLE level) Cambridge ELT materials and phonics is an advantage
• Dedicated to a stable and long-term career
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and effective communicator and a responsible team player
• Cheerful and outgoing personality, able to interact well with 3-10 years old children
• Clear criminal record

Work Location: South Horizons (Hong Kong Island), 3 mins walk from South Horizons MTR station

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 1000 – 1900, including 1 hour of lunch time. WEEKEND OFF.

Salary: 20k+, negotiable
