Job Description

The Operations Officer (Student Affairs) is responsible for expanding our school network and developing long lasting relationships with local schools by incorporating the English Experience Program (EEP) and various school projects. Also, he/ she needs to assist with a variety of administrative tasks.

 

Duties:

  • Assist in acquiring new school partners while maintaining the existing ones in the English Experience Program (EEP) and organizing school projects/ activities
  • Output marketing promotional materials such as certificates, brochures and leaflets and manage social media platforms in promoting the school projects
  • Ensure satisfaction from students, schools or organizations within EEP and school projects
  • Work well with the team to ensure service quality
  • Provide support to various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Assist in other functions of the Company if required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably, Degree holder
  • 1 year experience in customer service or related fields, educational experience preferred
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, outgoing and energetic
