Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and inspire team environment with an open communication culture; motivate team members, ensure team members fully respect our company values
• Plan and execute partner acquisition plans with the BD & Placemen team team for all our Asia located programmes: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Bangkok
• Ensure all internship placements of the Asia programmes are arranged in time 
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality placement matches
• Assist program participants’ on-boarding at their host companies
• Set clear team goals and KPIs for the team, recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
• Responsible for and oversee team’s day-to-day operation of all Business Development and Placement process
• Active participation in regional and company-wide projects 
• Ensure high-quality internship programme delivered by our partner employers

Requirements:

• Experience in managerial roles, customer service, marketing, and events is strongly preferred 
• Target driven, excellent organizational, data and people management skills
• Share similar values with The Intern Group: People focused, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Global Leadership
• Fluent English, extra Asian language (esp. Thai & Japanese) is preferred
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal 
• The ability to practice cultural sensitivity & engage with people from all around the world.
• Effective problem solving & conflict resolution skills 
• Innovative, proactive, visioned and able to locate and tackle issues.
• Adaptable personality to an ever-changing workflow. Ability to work under high pressure.
• Charismatic, approachable and respectful.
