Our Group is a world-renowned multinational group. We are now looking for a dynamic and highly motivated candidate to work in the Archives Department in our Company with major responsibilities as follows -

Job responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning of development program
• Assist in the communication and promotion of archives policies and procedures
• Prepare and co-ordinate production of publicity materials such as newsletter and leaflet, and assist in other educational or cultural promotional activities including exhibition for the Group
• Conduct history research to promote information reference service to both internal and external users of archival materials 
• Assist in the operation of the digital asset management system for collection management
• Other administrative and general duties in collection management including digitization, cataloguing and preservation

Requirements :

• Degree holder or above in history, museum studies, communications, journalism, marketing preferred  
• A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in museum, communications, project management in arts/ culture promotion or related disciplines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in spoken Putonghua
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, ability to multi-task with good organizational skills, attention to details a must  
• Knowledge in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other multimedia technical knowledge an advantage
