Responsibilities:

• Overall project management duties of property development project from design to completion stage   
• Manage and coordinate with internal project team, consultants, contractors and government authorities           
• Responsible for overall project planning, budget planning and control, construction management, timely delivery of project       

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture/Building Studies/Surveying/Engineering or related disciplines 
• Professional membership in architectural, surveying or engineering discipline preferable     
• Solid knowledge in Hong Kong statutory regulations and legislations
• Solid working experience in Hong Kong large scale building projects gained in consultancy firm or property developers             
• Strong leadership, planning, management and communication skills
• Proficient both in written and spoken English and Chinese.
