A high-end luxury hotel Group is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the technical teams in Hong Kong. The position will report to the VPs to oversee the technical services of existing portfolio and a newly opening hotel. 

• Oversee the technical services of the group's clubhouses and assist in pre-opening works of new projects to ensure the facilities are in excellent conditions;
• Organise, train and supervise the technical team to ensure the technical services are delivered effectively and cost efficiently
• Oversee the operations and maintenance work to ensure operation of systems are operated safely and efficiently
• Participate in renovation projects with facilities manager
• Create and propose sustainability initiatives through conducting energy audit of respective areas
• Ensure cost allocation and expenditures to be in line with the agreed budgets

Requirements: 

• Degree in Engineering of Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a five-star hotel or prestigious club. 
• Experience in pre-opening projects is an advantages. 
• Relevant professional qualification and membership of professional organisation
• High level of interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
