Main Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in steering all quality related activities in a development project.
• Driving Quality awareness both internally in the organization and externally with suppliers to ensure the needs ( values, design and reliable robustness ) of the customer is secured    
• Ensure all complaints have gone through sufficient examination, analysis, escalation and  reflection, and if possible, rectification by applying the available resources / authority    
• Manage and input both positive and negative customer feeback information for effective and prompt response.
• Initiate and follow up, when appropriate process / service of improvement program
• Manage the process of oversea's  customer returns and complaints and ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Quality Engineering  or related disciplines of which 4 years in managerial position
• At least 8 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment
• Good Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949 and excellent knowledge and implementation
• Sound experience in lean manufacturing, 6 sigma methodology ( green belt )  is advantage
• Good skills in managing internal cross-functional team and multi-location team.    
• Experience in managing oversea customers and supplier for complaint handling and follow up
• Sound working experience in automotive industry is highly prefered.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Willing to station in China （Guangxi）and travel required.
