Job Duties:-

• Handle daily operations & coordination with clients to follow up & meet their requirements (including sales quotation, invoices, etc.).
• Handle daily operations with vendors to follow up and ensure smooth progress (including arranging purchase order, track production progress, relay technical issues, etc.).
• Provide support to sales & shipping department.
• Update the ERP system & database.
• Update weekly reports.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks arranged by supervisor.

Requirements:-

• Higher diploma holder or above.
• Organized and detail-minded. Ability to work fast, independently & proactively.
• Good communication skills in spoken & written Chinese and English.
• Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office & ERP system is preferred.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
