Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager to lead a technical team for the repair, maintenance, renovation, A&A works and fitting-out works
• Monitor and ensure proper operation of all building service facilities

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supervision of both builder’s and building services work for commercial properties
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works and familiar with Government regulations
• Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
• Able to work independently and self-motivated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good PC skills
• Immediate availability is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
