Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily maintenance work, particularly for a plant with commercial and production facilities
- Maintain adequate security controls and review procedure periodically
- Ensure quality cleaning & general services to be provided in the plant
- To prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration and progress
- Train / develop staff and contractor, maintain discipline in the workplace and ensure safety at work
- To promote Good Maintenance Practice and Customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical/Building Services/Electrical Engineering
- 2 years relevant experience or above in E&M and building services
- Knowledge in E&M installation & maintenance work including MVAC / Fire Services / Plumbing & drainage / Electrical and builders Work / CCTV / Burglar alarm system
- Knowledge in the plant facilities including compressed air / ammonia refrigeration / water supply & treatment / steam boilers
