Degree holder in quality assurance or related disciplines

Over 10 years’ working experience in testing, inspection and Certification

Solid experience in factory audit

Experience in toy industry is preferred

To establish COC related policies to fulfill customers’ compliance requirements; modify from time to time based on practical requirements

Review Company’s COC program from time to time;  update the program based on practical requirements

Responsible to evaluate audit work and revise audit tools

Ensure teammates are comply with ethics and integrity

Resolve any COC or related problems

Keep update of COC related information and share with related colleagues

Lead a small team to provide related training to the subordinates

Excellent communication skill

Good command of English and Mandarin

Willing to work daily in Shenzhen office
